Q. What is Canvas Corp Brands?
A. We are a USA based, family run company that makes and distributes products for the creative market. We supply a wide range of items from blank canvas and burlap products, paints, vintage crafts, paper, basic crafts and more. We are located in Springdale, Arkansas and manufacture a wide range of our products right here and what we cannot make we source locally or world-wide to round out our assortment. Canvas Corp Brands is the umbrella company that houses Canvas Corp (Canvas Home Basics), Tattered Angels and 7gypsies.
Q. Who do we sell to?
A. Our customer base is very diverse from Etsy shop makers to boutique line designers and from DIY bars to fashion clothing companies and every where in between. We offer a wide range of basics at both wholesale and retail and we also offer custom items to meet your needs. Our pricing online is all based on retail prices, but we have both wholesale and volume pricing options available. We love to be the blank behind your creative idea.
Q. Do you have an online store?
A. Yes we do – Canvas Corp Brands Online Shop. The shop offers both wholesale and retail accounts. To set up a wholesale account contact us today at email@example.com or fill out this wholesale account form. Once your wholesale account is set up you will receive wholesale prices online. All retail orders shipped in the USA have free freight with orders of $10 or more and all wholesale orders shipped in the USA over $50 have free freight. Q. Do you have an outlet store?
A. Yes we do, located at our warehouse location in Springdale Arkansas. The shop if open Monday – Friday 9-5 and by appointment after hours and weekends – Canvas Corp Brands Outlet Shop – 2300 S. Old Missouri Road, Springdale, Arkansas. The shop features the entire product offering, closeouts and seconds all at discount prices. Q. Do you offer classes?
A. Yes we do, we have classes at the outlet store often and we also have a range of classes and kits online that you can sign up to receive the kit and watch the classes online. Q. Do you offer free freight on the shop?
A. Yes, we offer free freight for all USA retail orders over $10 and for wholesale accounts free freight with orders over $50. All international retail orders have a $25 shipping fee and we cover the additional charges for retail orders. Wholesale orders do no have free freight, we add the lowest freight charges to the order or we can ship on your account.

Q: Where are your products produced?
A: The majority of our products are made in the USA with a large portion made in our Springdale facility. We do however source items globally to round out our offering.
Q: Do you actually sew all the items you offer?
A: Yes we do, we design every pattern, cut every item and sew each product one at a time. We offer a wide range of basics and custom items for our accounts.

Q: How do I open an account with your company?
A: Please fill out this online wholesale form and this will get the ball rolling. One form is good for one or all brands. You can order online through our store or view the complete offering and order direct.
Q: What material do you stock?
A: We stock a range of 100% cotton canvas, canvas twill, poly/cotton, burlap, denim and specialty fabrics for custom projects.
Q: Do you offer wholesale screen printing?

Q: Can you sew labels or add tags to your products?
A: Yes we can quote on sewing in any provided labels and we also offer printed labels and tags – ask about a custom quote today. If you are interested in custom labels we recommend you purchase them and send them to us to ensure you get exactly the design and style you desire. For paper labels we can print your design in-house and tag or sew your label into the item.
Q: What types of paint do you offer?
A: We sell a range of DIY and craft paints that we made one recipe at a time. Each of our paints was created to offer a solution in today’s creative market, from a non-toxic, no smell wood stain to an acrylic paint that is ideal for burlap and canvas and a glitter paint that is an ideal topcoat or accent paint to a mist paint filled with color and mica. We pride ourselves on our quality, low cost production and ability to offer custom colors.
Q: Are your paints non-toxic?
A: Yes, our paints are all water-soluble and are non-toxic. They have very little odor and are so easy to use.
Q: Are all of your paints made in the USA?
A: We manufacture every paint product we make in our Springdale facility, each has its own unique recipe. As each batch may vary slightly we always put an actual sample of the paint in the bottle on the outside.

Q. Does Canvas Corp Brands have a design team?

Q. What is your angel policy?
A.We support the creative spirit and allow you to use products from any of our brands to create products. We ask that you do not sell or pass off any products in their current state as your own or reproduce all or part of any products as your own.
Q: What is the best way to place my order?
A: Our online shop is the most efficient and easiest way to order. If you have a current account we can convert you to online ordering and for new accounts sign up today or you can email your orders to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax them to 479-756-1181. Online orders also receive free freight for orders $10 and above and wholesale orders placed online $50 and higher. For international orders you can place them online and we cover all freight costs higher than $25 for retail orders and we will ship wholesale international orders through your freight forwarder or your account or offer quotes for best shipping options.
Q: Can I place one order for all brands?
A: Yes, you can order across all brands in one order.
Q: What is your order turnaround time?
A: We strive to ship in 2-3 days on all reorders, with longer lead times on cut & sew items and set dates on new product roll-outs. If you need your order shipped immediately please leave a note, email or call us. For orders shipping to residences the timeframe for shipping can take a bit longer, so please note if you need your order by a particular day.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Minimum wholesale order is $50 for free freight, but you can order samples in any quantity and pay retail pricing. There is no minimum order for retail orders.
Q: Do you offer items in bulk?
A: We do offer some of our items in bulk and without packaging, please let us know the item(s) in question and we can let you know what is available and the bulk or special pricing. We also offer fabric by the yard on a special order basis.
