Q. Do you have an online store?

Q. Do you have an outlet store?
A. Yes we do, located at our warehouse location in Springdale Arkansas. The shop if open Monday – Friday 9-5 and by appointment after hours and weekends. The shop features the entire product offering, closeouts and seconds all at discount prices. Call today for more information 866-376-9961.
Q. Do you offer free freight on the shop?
A. Yes we offer free freight for all USA retail orders. All international orders have a $25 shipping fee and we cover the additional charges for retail orders. Wholesale orders do no have free freight, we add the lowest freight charges to the order or we can ship on your account.
Q: Where are your products produced?
A: The majority of our products are made in the USA with a large portion made in our Springdale facility. We do however source items globally to round out our offering.

Q: Do you have catalogs for each brand?
A: We have a range of catalogs including the full collection of Tattered Angels Paints, Canvas Corp Papers and a variety of collections. You will find them here. For the entire collection of products we suggest you visit our online shop.
Q: Do you list retailers and distributors on your website and if so how do I go about being added to the list?

Q: How do I open an account with your company?
A: Please fill out this online wholesale form and this will get the ball rolling. One form is good for one or all brands. You can order online through our store or view the complete offering and order direct.

Q: Do you sell only to retailers or do you work with online stores and makers?
A: We are happy to set up an account for retailers, online stores and also for those who manufacture or design products upon our goods. All are eligible for our wholesale pricing. We do ask that you provide your resale number for our records. To open an account today fill out this form
Q: Are your paints non-toxic?
A: Yes, our paints are all water-based and are non-toxic.
Q: Are all of your paints made in the USA?
A: We manufacture every paint product we make in our Springdale facility. Each has its own unique recipe. As each batch may vary slightly we always put an actual sample of the paint in the bottle on the outside.
Q. Do you offer screen printing services?

Q. Does Canvas Corp Brands have a design team?
A. Yes you can learn more about our “Crew” The Canvas Corp Brands Creative Crew – who design for all the brands, provide creative work for our blog .
Q. What is your angel policy?
A.We support the creative spirit and allow you to use products from any of our brands to create products. We ask that you do not sell or pass off any products in their current state as your own or reproduce all or part of any products as your own.
Q: What is the best way to place my order?
A: Our online shop is the most efficient and easiest way to order. If you have a current account we can convert you to online ordering and for new accounts sign up today or you can email your orders to email@example.com or fax them to 479-756-1181.
Q: Can I place one order for all brands?
A: Yes, we do however key them by brand in our system and thus you will receive one invoice per brand. We will ship the brands together upon request, please note that you prefer the orders to be held until ready to ship together.
Q: What is your order turnaround time?
A: We strive to ship in 2-3 days on all reorders, with longer lead times on cut & sew items and set dates on new product roll-outs.
Q: What is your minimum order?
A: Minimum opening orders and reorders per brand is $50.
Q: What is your minimum order per item?
A: This is noted in our catalogs and also on our order forms, we strive to keep the inner packs as low as possible.
Q: Do you offer items in bulk?
A: We do offer some of our items in bulk and without packaging, please let us know the item(s) in question and we can let you know what is available and the bulk or special pricing. We also offer fabric by the yard on a special order basis.
